When you create an account, ToolNexa may collect your name, username, email address, password hash and optional profile image. When you submit a tool, we process the information and files you provide for review. Contact, support and feedback forms may collect your name, email address and message.
How We Use Information
We use account data to authenticate you, operate your dashboard, review tool submissions, communicate moderation decisions, provide support, secure the service and improve ToolNexa. We do not need an account for ordinary use of public tools unless a specific tool clearly says otherwise.
Uploads and Tool Data
Uploaded icons, profile images and user-submitted tool information are stored only as needed to provide the requested feature. Individual tools may have their own processing behavior; ToolNexa should clearly disclose any tool that sends data to an external service.
